We know construction can be disruptive sometimes. To help you plan ahead, here are a few quick updates about our Lighthouse development and what you can expect.

Roadway and Traffic Updates

• August 24-28: CTH A will be undergoing pavement maintenance and patching operations. Traffic will be reduced to a single lane in several areas. County flaggers will be onsite to direct traffic. Please use caution when traveling through the work zone.

   

• August 31-September 4: The railroad crossing on KW will be closed by Union Pacific. The KW and Dixie intersection will remain open. Please plan your commute accordingly and allow for additional travel time if needed.

   

• September 2: Temporary traffic signals at the Interstate 43 and Highway H interchange (Exit 100) will become operational on Wednesday, September 2, after 9 a.m. Drivers should use caution and allow extra time to become familiar with the new traffic pattern.

• September 8: Work will begin on on LL expanding the turns lanes near Highland. Please expect flaggers and single lane traffic during the construction.

Temporary traffic signals are being installed at the Interstate 43 and Highway H interchange (Exit 100) as part of ongoing roadway improvements. The signals will become operational on Wednesday, September 2, after 9 a.m.

Please use caution when traveling through the intersection and allow extra time to become familiar with the new traffic pattern.

Construction-related traffic will continue along County Road LL. Drivers should expect increased activity near the intersections of Highland Lane and Lake Drive and should use additional caution when traveling through those areas.

Campus Progress

• The campus includes four single-story data center buildings.
• Two data center buildings are fully enclosed and have transitioned to the interior construction phase.
• The remaining two buildings continue through the structural construction phase, with crews actively installing building frameworks.
