We know construction can be disruptive sometimes. To help you plan ahead, here are a few quick updates about our Lighthouse development and what you can expect.

Roadway and Traffic Updates

Interstate Repair and Nightly Closures
Interstate repairs will take place near the primary exit used to access the project from Wednesday, October 28, through Saturday, October 31. The Exit 100 ramp will be closed nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. The right lane of northbound I-43 will also be closed for repairs during the same hours.

Drivers should use alternate routes, including the Port Washington exit at Exit 96 or the Belgium exit at Exit 107, and allow additional travel time.

Upcoming Roadway Changes
A new turnout/acceleration lane from Highland Road to southbound LL will open the week of September 28.

Traffic Monitoring Signs
New digital traffic-monitoring signs will be installed along northbound I-43 to alert drivers to potential slowdowns and congestion ahead. Signs will be positioned approximately 1, 2 and 3 miles before Exit 100 and will use sensors to actively monitor traffic conditions.

Please use caution when traveling through the intersection and allow extra time to become familiar with the new traffic pattern.

Construction-related traffic will continue along County Road LL. Drivers should expect increased activity near the intersections of Highland Lane and Lake Drive and should use additional caution when traveling through those areas.

Campus Progress

• The campus includes four single-story data center buildings.
• Two data center buildings are fully enclosed and have transitioned to the interior construction phase.
• The remaining two buildings continue through the structural construction phase, with crews actively installing building frameworks.
