This project is designed to benefit the people who live and work in Wisconsin.
More than 4,000 skilled construction jobs created with a union-first approach and 300+ permanent, full-time Vantage positions in Port Washington upon completion. The average salary will be more than $116,000 annually (plus an additional 700 full-time positions hired by Oracle).
Nearly 6,000 indirect jobs will be created from this project, including small businesses that serve as suppliers, vendors and subcontractors—many of which reflect the rich diversity of the area and are women-owned, minority-owned and veteran-owned businesses

Enhancing Local Infrastructure
Investment in the Lighthouse campus will extend directly into the public sphere. We will collaborate with local agencies to co-create baseline improvements to surrounding public utilities, broadband connectivity and roadway access points.
